Custom Patio Umbrellas

Ten years ago I left the corporate world to follow my dream of creating unique, hand-painted patio umbrellas...something I'd been wanting to do for more than 20 years after seeing the beautiful umbrella my sister had purchased from an upscale garden shop. Beginning with a handful of designs, I sold and shipped umbrellas to clients all over the country, as far away as California and Idaho! I've also been honored to create several custom umbrellas, including a music-themed umbrella for a client in Nashville, and an ocean-themed umbrella for a client in California. Though I changed direction several years ago to focus on abstract acrylics, I've always known I'd make my way back to the umbrellas and am now designing and creating umbrellas through custom orders. Clients provide the umbrella and I work with them on the design to create a beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece of art. Each is painted with fade-resistant acrylic paint and finished with a thick coating of UV protectant.
